    If your event’s coming up quickly, share the details and I’ll let you know what’s possible. Because Illustrated Live works in two ways: directly with Katie, or through our wider trusted network. We’re usually able to accommodate shorter timelines.

    The sooner you send the brief, the better. But don’t panic. We’ll look at it calmly and give you a clear answer.

  • It depends on so many things 😅

    BUT

    Prices start at £595 + VAT, and most of our half-day in-person event bookings start at around £1,500 - get in touch for a nice accurate quote.

  • We do both online and on site.

    We regularly illustrate at in-person conferences, workshops and strategy sessions, as well as fully virtual and hybrid events.

    Whether it’s a packed auditorium or a Zoom room, the goal is the same: make ideas clearer and conversations more engaging, while-you-watch.

    If your event spans multiple rooms, breakout sessions or locations, we can coordinate more than one illustrator.

    • If you’re open to the network, your brief is shared with a curated group of professional illustrators.

    You’ll receive thoughtfully matched options, clear pricing and next steps - usually within a couple of working days.

    Submitting a brief is free and there’s no pressure to commit. The aim is to make it easier to find the right illustrator - not to funnel you into anything.

    If the diary’s already booked up, you can choose whether you’d like your brief shared with the network instead. Many clients discover that having access to multiple styles, locations and price points is a major advantage. It saves you sending a bijillion emails and figuring out who to work with.
