Usually, you’ll find us drawing live at conferences, panels, important meetings, workshops, webinars, project wrap-ups and away days.
How do you work, Katie?
I lead a small (but perfectly formed UK-based team) of live illustrators and graphic recorders, and all of our visual note taking is done remotely - which makes things easier, more flexible, and better for the planet. You’ll share a link to your event (Zoom, Teams, whuddeva), and we’ll dial in to create hand-drawn digital visual notes in real time.
You’ll get a set of beautiful & useful, clear illustrations that capture the key messages from your event, plus a timelapse video so you can see the drawing unfold.

Remote graphic recording during your live event
All briefing calls
Post-event edits to get your illustration looking ✨ perfect ✨
A custom colour palette (based on your branding guidelines/event theme)
High-res digital visual notes (.jpeg)
A time-lapse video (.mp4) showing the illustration being made
Full licence to share the images and videos
Final files are delivered within 15 to 30 minutes of the event ending, and you can see the drawings happening live if that fits in with your event logistics. We can discuss all of those details once you get in touch.
