Live Graphic Recording is visual notetaking.
We turn the juicy information from events and meetings into pictures in real-time, while you watch.
So while people are talking and explaining, we’re drawing!
Our live illustrations capture your ideas, bringing together the essential elements of the event for all to see.
As you can imagine, these live drawings are a great way to share content after the event has happened too.
Previous clients have decorated their offices with our illustrations, as well as using digital copies of the drawings in reports.
We work digitally on iPads so that you can beam our work up onto big screens & see the artwork taking shape live.

Hi I’m Katie, I studied animation, illustration and graphic design, and went on to earn a master’s degree in illustration at Edinburgh College of Art.
My live illustration business leapt into the world in 2016. In a way I didn’t expect.
I’d just come home from 4 months of budget-backpacking SE Asia, to a summer full of weddings. One friend asked me to paint her ceremony as it happened.
A casual Instagram post later and Glamour Magazine added me to their ‘hot wedding trends of 2017.’ (Ha!) It still makes me laugh that I was a hot trend.
Since then the business has grown and I’ve gathered together a team of world class live event illustration specialists. It’s not just me anymore!
Together we’ve helped Google, Apple and Netflix make their events a little bit cooler, more creative and accessible with live visual notes.

If you NEED an illustrator in the room with you, we get it. We can help you find an in-person illustrator at no extra charge. Just request a quote here and we’ll tell you all about it! We have a brilliant network of talented live illustrators who’d love to help.
If you’re open to the remote option, our illustrations can be created live & in the room with you (even when there isn't a human being in the room - hooray for the internet!)
We specialise in online event illustration, and we also love to illustrate at in-person events remotely. That's our hybrid option.
