Case study: GOIN' HYBRID - Live Illustration and Graphic Recording for the Future of Field Service & IFS World Tour

We’re specialising in hybrid events now that everyone is piling into rooms together again.

The event is still ‘in-person’ but the live illustration is via the magic of the internet!

As a team, we’re based in the UK and Europe… and over half of our clients are in the US. HOW DOES THAT WORK!?

Goin’ hybrid

Long story short, we beam in virtually. At the very most basic level, all you need is a laptop or smart phone + an internet connection.
At the most fancy version, some clients have a full AV team, a studio with lights and mics and big snazzy screens to beam the illustrations onto. Graphic recording has never looked so fancy *flips hair*.

Earlier this year I was honoured to be invited along to THE ENTIRE world tour for IFS. We started in Paris, then went to London, Stockholm, Frankfurt and finishing up with a graphic recording in Austin, Texas.

Each event was a full day so as you can imagine there was a LOT of information to capture. Here’s how it looked!
