What can I expect if I book in with you?

Great question! Rest assured, our packages show you exactly what's included before you make the big decision, so there’ll be no scary surprises! As regular thing-buyers ourselves, we know how important it is to know what you’re paying for, so we’ve made sure it’s all covered.

The Headlines

The total fee for your live illustration booking includes:

  • The illustrations themselves

  • A license to use the illustrations to share online

  • Your own custom colour palette (we can follow your brand guidelines or opt for another palette of your choice)

  • A tech rehearsal to check everything is good to go (15-30 mins before your event)

  • An .mp4 time-lapse video of your illustrations taking shape at the event

  • Any edits you’d like us to make to the illustrations after the event.

Really? “Any” edits?

YES! Changes and requests are rare, but alas, we’re all human and sometimes tweaks need to be made to make sure everything is spot on for you.

It’s super important to us that you are absolutely over the moon with your illustrations, so here are some examples of the tweaks we can make (to be completed within 4 working days of receiving all feedback):

  • Typos

  • Moving images slightly

  • Resizing elements slightly

  • Small edits to content such as adding an extra 3 words or an icon

A quick note on how any requested changes will appear on your time-lapse:
The time-lapse animation is created chronologically, so any requested changes will pop up at the end. If you would like us to edit the time-lapse video so that these changes appear seamlessly, this will require additional video editing time and will be billed hourly as an additional cost.

All of this info is on your proposal/contract, and nothing is officially booked until you sign that contract, so plenty of time to read through the finer details and make sure you’re happy!
